This week has involved some user research, exploring the Expression of Interest Form and user onboarding flow for the NHS Secure Data Environment service that I am currently working on.
This involved a couple of workshops, one with a senior more strategic stakeholder and another with an operative or administrative stakeholder who are responsible for the business and commercial development and fielding and responding to the EOI respectively.
